Rule 701. Sections 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.3 are added to the FL/CL code as follows: 1.1.1.1 This part does not apply to new or existing motor fuel dispensing facilities that are part of an automotive assembly process and dispense fuel exclusively during the assembly process. 1.1.3 All of the provisions of part 2 of these rules apply to this part.
