R2-20-604. Sanctions Arti- Any person who becomes aware of a possible violation of this cle shall notify the Executive Director in writing of the facts an d circumstances of the alleged violation. The Executive Director shall recommend to the Commission the appropriate action to be taken. The Commission shall determine the appropriate action by at least three votes.
