Sampling and analysis procedures

Unless otherwise adopted by the commissioner pursuant to § 3.2-3601 B of the Virginia Fertilizer Law, procedures for obtaining samples, sample preparation, and sample analysis shall be those described in the 17th edition (2000) of the "Official Methods of Analysis of AOAC International".
