Samples submitted in compliance with O.C.G.A. 10-1-153 , for petroleum products regulated by this Chapter shall not be less than 16 ounces in size. Authority: O.C.G.A. Sec. 10-1-153 . History. Original Rule entitled "No. 4 Fuel Oil" was filed on August 8, 1972; effective August 28, 1972. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule of the same title adopted. Filed October 31, 1980; effective November 20, 1980. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Sample Size" adopted. Filed September 13, 1983; effective October 3, 1983.
