SALES AGENT REQUIRED RULE READING

(1) Each licensed sales agent and any employee of the sales agent involved in the sale, bookkeeping, or any other aspect of the lottery and sports wagering shall: (a) read and understand the laws and commission rules concerning lottery and sports wager licenses; and (b) sign all official application forms indicating that the sales agent is familiar with the laws and commission rules and agrees not to violate these laws or rules.
