(1) Only licensed pesticide dealers may sell a registered, restricted-use aquatic herbicide and only under the following conditions: (a) Sale or distribution can only be made to a certified applicator who holds an aquatic pest control license or permit issued by the department. (b) Each dealer must maintain a complete record of each restricted-use aquatic herbicide sale. These records must be retained for a period of two (2) years. Records shall include all requirements contained within ARM 4.10.504 .
