Sale of Ice

Agr 1406.09 Sale of Ice. (a) Ice shall be sold only by weight. (b) Except in the case of ice dispensed by a vending machine, each package of ice kept, offered for sale, or sold in any place other than on the premises where the ice was packed, shall show: (1) The net weight; and (2) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer or distributor. (c) In the case of ice dispensed by a vending machine, the net weight of the package of ice dispensed and the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer or distributor shall be posted clearly and conspicuously near the coin slot on the front panel of the vending machine.
