Rules of Construction

Rule 104. (1) Terms not defined in these rules have the same meanings as those terms that are defined in the act. (2) Where terms are defined in both these rules and the act the definitions are intended to be read in conjunction with each other. (3) To the extent a term defined in the act conflicts with the same term as defined in these rules, the definition in the act controls.
