Rule Transition

A. All existing United Way entities receiving payment through payroll deduction on the LaGov HCM payroll system on the effective date of this rule shall continue to receive payment separately from the PCFO until January 2015. Beginning January 2015 all payments will go through the PCFO. AUTHORITY NOTE: Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 42:456(A)(3).
