(1) A person shall not park a vehicle on any street for the principal purpose of doing any of the following: (a) Displaying the vehicle for sale. (b) Washing, polishing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency. (c) Displaying advertising. (d) Selling merchandise from the vehicle, except in a duly established market place or when so authorized or licensed under the ordinances of this governmental unit. (e) Storage for more than 48 continuous hours. (2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.
