(1) Any pedestrian who crosses a roadway at a point where a pedestrian tunnel or overhead pedestrian crossing has been provided shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on the roadway, if signs prohibiting the crossing of the roadway by pedestrians at that point are in place. (2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.
