Rule 158. Issuance and record of traffic citation books

(1) The clerk shall be responsible for the issuance of traffic citation books to the chief of police and shall maintain a record of each book. (2) This rule shall not apply to municipalities in which the records required in subrule (1) of this rule are maintained by another department, agency, or court pursuant to a local agreement.
