3 CSR 10-4.141 Right to Possess Wildlife PURPOSE: This rule prohibits individuals from keeping wildlife taken illegally or while trespassing. Any person in possession of wildlife that was taken in violation of any rule or regulation of this Code, or while in violation of the trespass statutes of the state of Missouri, shall have no right to possession of said wildlife. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const. Original rule filed May 9, 2002, effective March 1, 2003.
