Revocation of Prior and Conflicting Regulations

All provisions of all orders and all regulations heretofore issued on this same subject, and specifically "Rules and Regulations Governing Weights and Measures Division," effective December 20, 1973, as amended, are hereby revoked, and these regulations are adopted and substituted in lieu thereof. Authority: O.C.G.A. Sec. 10-2-5 (Ga. L. 1972, p. 654). History. Original Rule entitled "Weighing Tobacco in Auction Warehouses" was filed and effective on June 30, 1965. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Special Investigative Powers" adopted. Filed November 30, 1973; effective December 20, 1973.
