Agr 1708.03 Review of Application. (a) The department shall examine the application within 30 days of receipt and notify the applicant of any apparent errors, omissions, or otherwise incomplete portions of the application, request any additional information that the agency is permitted by law to require, and notify the applicant of the name, official title, address, and telephone number of an agency official or employee who may be contacted regarding the application. (b) The department shall approve or deny a completed application within 60 days of receipt. (c) The department may extend the time periods for review provided for in this section upon written agreement of the applicant. Source. #10834, eff 5-21-15; ss by #14164, eff 12-31-24
