003 RESTRICTION ON ALTERATIONS. 003.01 Those fields which reflect the original terms, conditions, or provisions entered into by and between the bank and the customer, must not be altered by file maintenance transactions, except to correct a recording or processing error. In the event any of these fields are altered, a paper or electronic copy of the alteration should be created and retained in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 8-107.
