2 CSR 70-10.015 Restricted Nursery Dealer Defined PURPOSE: This rule defines a restricted *Original authority: 263.040, RSMo 1939, amended nursery dealer. (1) A nursery dealer with limited sales of nursery stock. The retail value of all nursery stock sold in one (1) license year (October 1 to September 30) shall not exceed two thousand dollars ($2000). Restricted nursery dealers shall be subject to all requirements listed in sections 263.020(4) and 263.070.5(1), RSMo.
