NAC 119A.265 Responsibility of developer and project broker. ( NRS 119A.190 ) 1. The developer is responsible for the acts of each person whom he or she employs or engages to represent him or her which are performed within the scope of the employee’s employment. 2. The project broker is responsible for the acts of each person whom he or she employs or engages to represent him or her which are performed within the scope of the employee’s employment.
