3 CSR 10-5.430 Resident Trout Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a permit required for possession and transportation of trout by residents. Resident Trout Permit. Required in addition to the prescribed fishing permit to possess and transport trout, except in areas where a daily trout fishing tag is required or as prescribed in 3 CSR 10-6.535(5).
