3 CSR 10-5.345 Resident Small Game Hunting Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a small game hunting permit for residents of the state. Resident Small Game Hunting Permit. To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport birds (except turkeys), mammals (except black bears, deer, and elk), and frogs, and to sell furbearers taken by hunting.
