3 CSR 10-5.340 Resident Fishing Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a fishing permit for residents of the state. Resident Fishing Permit. To pursue, take, possess, and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, and live bait. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const.
