3 CSR 10-5.436 Resident Conservation Order Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a Conservation Order permit for resident participants of the light goose Conservation Order. Resident Conservation Order Permit. To pursue, take, possess, and transport blue, snow, or Ross’s geese during the Conservation Order in accordance with federal regulations and as prescribed in 3 CSR 10-7.440.
