Research Projects

01. Written Policy. The Provider must have a written policy regarding the participation of juvenile offenders in research projects that prohibits participation in medical or pharmaceutical testing for experimental or research purposes. (3-31-22) 02. Voluntary Participation. Policies must govern voluntary participation in non-medical and non- pharmaceutical research programs. However, juvenile offenders may not participate in any research program without prior written approval from the Director or designee. (3-31-22)
