IMC section 502.14 is amended by adding exception 4 to read as follows: 4. A source capture system is not required for any engine repair stall having an exhaust pipe extension duct less than 10 feet (3048 mm) in length, connected directly to the motor vehicle exhaust system and discharging directly to the outside of the building.
