Requests for Records that Require Electronic Retrieval

a) A request for records that requires electronic retrieval will be treated the same as any other request for records, with the same timeline and extensions as allowed for other records. b) The Agency will retrieve and provide electronic records only in a format and medium that is available to the Agency.
