Requests for Public Records that Require Electronic Retrieval

a) A request for public records that requires electronic retrieval will be treated the same as any other request for public records, with the same timeline and extensions as set forth in Section 1828.501. b) The Agency will retrieve and provide electronic public records only in a format and medium that is available to the Agency at its headquarters.
