Requests for design and services.

State agencies may request systems design and programming services from DCS on a limited basis. This service is designed for those agencies which do not maintain their own systems and programming staff. The rates for such services will be published and distributed by DCS in policy and procedures memoranda. Rates will be based on time and material costs such that the full expense of providing the service will be recovered from the requesting agency.
