11—68.5(19B) Reports. 68.5(1) Each agency shall annually submit an affirmative action report and plan for approval to the department at the time specified by the department that shall conform to the standards specified in these rules. 68.5(2) Each agency may be required to submit progress reports in accordance with the due dates and procedures established by the director.
