Each water right owner shall report to the board the readings of water meters, gauges and other measuring devices at such times as may be required by the board. (Authorized by K.S.A. 82a-706a and K.S.A. 82a-1028 (o); implementing K.S.A. 82a-1028 (l); effective May 1, 1980; amended April 19, 1996.)
