900 Regulations Governing Business of Banks and Trust Companies 901 Reporting of Reserves Against Deposits 5 Del.C. §907 Formerly Regulation No.: 5.907.0001 Effective Date: June 22, 1995 1.0 Institutions subject to §907 which are not members of the Federal Reserve System shall maintain reserves against deposits as required by Regulation D of the Federal Reserve Board and in so doing shall meet the requirement of 5 Del.C. §907. 2.0 Reserves being held against deposits under this section need not be reported to the Commissioner except upon request of the Commissioner.
