Pennsylvania Code, Title 4 — Administration
(a) The Department and the Commonwealth will not be responsible for damage to property that has been sold. (b) Surplus State property which has been sold shall be removed from Commonwealth premises immediately or within the time period specified by the Division or other proper authority.
