A member of the committee may be removed from the board if any one of the following occurs: (A) The member has three consecutive unexcused absences from committee meetings. Unexcused absences are to be defined at the discretion of the committee. (B) The member ceases being a producer as defined by the grain marketing program rules. (C) The member engages in conduct that violates the laws of the state of Ohio, and a quorum present votes to dismiss that member.
