“Remitter” defined

NAC 104.140 “Remitter” defined. ( NRS 104.9526 ) 1. “Remitter” means a person who tenders a UCC document to the filing officer for filing, whether the person is a filer or an agent or representative of a filer who is responsible for tendering the document for filing. 2. The term does not include a person responsible merely for the delivery of a UCC document to the filing officer, including, without limitation, the United States Postal Service or a courier service.
