REMEDIES IN MOTOR FUELS

(a) The owner of the condemned motor fuel may add a registered motor fuel of such quantity and quality to the condemned motor fuel to cause quality specifications of the condemned motor fuel to conform to its registered specifications so that said motor fuel may be offered for sale, sold, or delivered, provided this procedure is supervised by the director and is in accordance with G.S. 119-27. (b) The owner may remove the condemned motor fuel from its container and blend it with a registered motor fuel so that the quality specifications of the blended motor fuel conform to or exceed the quality specifications of the brand with which it was blended, provided this procedure is supervised by the director and is in accordance with G.S. 119-27.
