Release from requirements

Rule 70. Section 280.113 is amended to read as follows: Section 280.113. An O/O need not maintain financial responsibility under this subpart for an underground storage tank after the tank has been permanently closed, undergoes a change-in-service or, if corrective action is required, after corrective action has been completed and the tank has been permanently closed or undergoes a change-in- service as required by 40 C.F.R. Part 280, subpart G.
