Relabeling Seed Containers

Agr 2211.01 Relabeling Seed Containers. The person who relabels seed in their original containers shall provide the following on the containers: (a) The calendar month and year the test was completed to determine such percentage; (b) The same lot designation as on the original labels; and (c) The identity of the labeling person if different from original labeler.
