All pet food and specialty pet food in packages often pounds or less must be registered by a licensee, before they are distributed in this state. The registration fee shall be $40 per product, provided that if registration fees for renewal of registrations are received after January 31, there shall be a penalty as prescribed in the following schedule: Registration Fees and Penalty Date fee received | Fees by January 31 | $40 Feb. 1 - Feb. 29 | $55 Mar. 1 - Mar. 31 | $70 April 1 or later | $80 Authority: Ga.
