Referrals to a continuing education provider
Alaska Administrative Code
A person that is subject to AS 21 may not accept a rebate, refund, fee, commission, or discount for the referral of a licensee to a continuing education provider without making full disclosure of the acceptance of the rebate, refund, fee, commission, or discount to the licensee and the director.
