(1) Precipitation or other liquids or debris shall not be allowed to accumulate in secondary containment to the point where required containment capacity is not maintained. Spills, debris, precipitation or wash water in secondary containment shall be recovered immediately if the capacity is reduced to less than required by ARM 4.10.1105 (1) (a) and (b) . (2) The department must be immediately notified of any spills outside of the secondary containment in accordance with ARM 4.10.1102 (2) . (3) Recovered pesticides and contaminated materials shall be labeled, and stored, recycled, used, or disposed of in accordance with ARM 4.10.1102 (3) .
