(1) A chronological index is maintained providing identifying information as to all governmental records that are deemed by the agency to fall within the purview of RCW 42.56.070 (5). (2) The current index promulgated by the agency is available to all persons under the same rules and on the same conditions as are applied to public records available for inspection and copying.
