Records

All official records of the State Agency will be retained for more than three years, except: 1. Records involving property subject to restrictions for more than two years will be kept for one year beyond the specific period of restriction. 2. Records involving property in compliance status at the end of the period of restriction will be kept for at least one year after the case is closed.
