(a) The record of the proceedings before the Board in prohibited practice cases shall consist of the complaint or amended complaint, any other pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, orders, stenographic report, exhibits, depositions, findings of fact, conclusions of law, the decision and order. (b) If a prohibited practice proceeding is predicated in whole or in part upon a prior representation proceeding, the record of such prior representation proceeding shall be deemed a part of the record in the prohibited practice proceeding for all purposes. (Effective May 7, 1980)
