Record of innovative procurement

(a) An agency that, under 2 AAC 12.575, requests use of innovative procurement shall maintain its innovative procurement files open for inspection as required under AS 36.30.140(b) and AS 36.30.230. The innovative procurement files must contain: (1) a copy of the contract; (2) the written determination of the chief procurement officer or the commissioner of transportation and public facilities to use the innovative procurement procedure; (3) the procurement plan as approved to form by the Department of Law; (4) the record of notice as required under AS 36.30.130; and (5) the record of respondents to the solicitation. (b) A summary of the information contained in a file described in (a) of this section will be provided by the requesting agency to the commissioner of the Department of Administration.
