(a) The arbitration shall be tape-recorded. A party requesting copies of the tapes shall pay the costs of duplication and make any necessary arrangements to duplicate the tapes. (b) A party desiring a transcript shall make arrangements directly with a court reporter. The requesting party shall pay the costs of the court reporter and the transcript, if prepared.
(c) If a transcript is prepared, a copy shall be provided to the arbitrator at no cost. A copy shall be provided to the other party upon payment of its pro rata share of the court reporter and transcript costs incurred by the requesting party.
