Reciprocal agreements

12:68:09:14. Reciprocal agreements. The secretary and executive officer of the board may enter into reciprocal agreements on behalf of this state with one or more adjacent states providing for licenses to be issued to rendering plants or collecting stations located in either state to transport carcasses over the public highways of this state and the reciprocating state. This section applies only if the adjacent state has in effect standards and requirements which are the equivalent of the standards and requirements of this state.
