NAC 116.586 Recess of hearing for conference. ( NRS 116.615 , 116.675 ) In any hearing, the Commission or hearing panel may recess the hearing for a conference in order to discuss matters relating to the testimony about to be given by a witness or for any other purpose that may expedite the orderly conduct and disposition of the proceedings or settlements thereof.
