Virginia Administrative Code
Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of: 1. Portable receptacles that are constructed and maintained according to law; or 2. A transport vehicle that is constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. Statutory Authority: § 3.2-5121 of the Code of Virginia.
