A person whose license has been suspended, revoked, or whose license application has been denied may not reapply for a license until the error, omission, or cause for suspension, revocation, or denial has been corrected to the satisfaction of the commissioner. This does not limit the applicant's rights pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 327B.05 , subdivision 2. Statutory Authority: MS s 327B.10
