(Formerly §2315) A. Upon testing positive for Salmonella ssp. or other pathogenic bacteria, eggs and turtles shall be subject to quarantine, inventory and verification by agents of the department. B. Quarantined turtles and eggs shall be sealed under supervision of agents of the department to prevent the spread of pathogenic bacteria until the person receives notice of either: 1. the lifting of the quarantine; or 2. instructions dealing with the disposal of the quarantined turtle or egg lot.
