Quality assurance manual.

(1) The department will review and approve the laboratory's quality assurance (QA) manual prior to the department's initial and continued accreditation on-site audit of the lab. (2) The QA manual submitted concurrently with the application must be in detail and scope commensurate with the size and mission of the laboratory.
